As the title says, how do you guys know if you have a good paint to barrel match?

Defined as: ball doesn't roll through but you can blow it out of the barrel without turning purple. I like a slightly tighter fit around my paint tho (underbore)

Basically what cmdrsuds said. As long as the paint isn't just flowing out the barrel and it isn't tight enough where the paint is going to break, you are good to go. Barrel bore really should only effect efficiency and consistency of your marker, having a tighter bore should allow you to accelerate the paint to 280-300 fps with less air than with a wider bore. Wider bore has less of a chance to break paint.

For Semi or Pump? semi.. bigger bore.. Standard.. .688-.692 and for pump..
.682-684 smaller bore.

FWIW "matched" paint sizing is now considered the worst option
