Xtreme Paintball is hosting their 3rd Annual Guns for Hoses game to benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The NFFF uses these donations to help families of fallen firefighters, along with many other areas that they contribute. Truly a deserving cause and a great way to help out.

Here we go for 2012!!!!

Once again we are sponsored by Empire Paintball with the Axe marker. Best gun on the market IMO and why shouldn't the Axe be the official marker for fallen firefighters?

The Axe's from Empire were then sent to Ross Jones at Boss Paintball for Boss Conversion. This includes welding removal and covering of the ball detents, milling of the breach to accept a Dye NT eye pipe, as well as Boss Bolt installation and tuning. These will be annodized dust black for a true sleeper Axe. Only two made this way from Boss Paintballs batch of upcoming Boss Axes.

Furious paintball has donated thier Lotus barrel to the marker as well! These barrels shoot darts. .689 bore. Yea Buddy!

Ours will be a bit of a sleeper. Unfortunatly the guy who was going to do my lasering for free is busy with his wife's cancer, but it's going to be a hot gun either way!! Played today until my hopper became a paint mixer for Sherman Williams. Field looks great!!

Big game format with different objectives for different rounds. Electronic hoppers permitted. Semi auto only

Paintball dying?
Bull****.

I started playing in June 1988. I ain't the best or the oldest, I regularly play against people who call me the noob.

Ct in 1988 had one field.
Now there are ten.

I used to pay $2.99 for ten balls in a cigar tube, $180 for a case of 2,500.
Now it's four cents a ball or less.

We used to advertise games months in advance using flyers, newspapers & trade magazines that might be seen by a few dozen players.
Today a single post online can alert 50K or more.

We used to have organised games that had 20-30 players on a good day.
Now most fields see double that just in walk-ons.

We used to wait for weeks or months to get a marker we wanted.
Today you can have an almost unlimited assortment delivered next day.

There are more players on more fields, shooting more paint at cheaper prices than ever before in the history of the game.

So tell me how that constitutes being called "Dying"?
