i didn't play till i was 15, and ya, i paid for every cent of everything i did for paintball. guns, paint, loaders, clothing, hookers, hotels, condoms, tournaments, gas, lube (for hookers), etc

My parents never supported any of my hobbies as typical Asian parents. Only piano or violin and studying. I've always been lucky to get jobs that pay very well so I've been able to support my paintball, pc's and still able to cover my rent, utilities, books and other things.

Yup. "why u know study! No paintball for joo." oh we'll, pretty much the only good thing about being a junior in college since I don't live at home. Now it's pretty difficult to hide my gear when they decide to visit lol. They always hate me spending money on paintball and pcs because they feel it's useless but it's my only stress reliever unless they want me to become a alcoholic.
