who wants to help a old school poster out???

Theres a local shop that started doing plast-dip stuff. from whole cars, to rims, to emblems. seen there work up close, its quality. well they have a contest going on and I need the nations help. basically the posted up 25ish cars of local folks. the car with the most likes at the end wins a free dip. Now other than the fuel system which im to poor to build right now, the paint is def the low spot of my cobra.

So, if you feel like being helpful i need people to like cararmour.net facebook page and like my photo. please feel free to delete them after the contest is over. If i win the nation can pick my paint color or some crap like that

What's so bad about your paint? Get a professional detail, it can probably restore the finish more than you think.

Please don't plastidip your car.

Yay a response! Now for me to defend myself lol.

my front bumper is rock chipped hard and the spoiler is starting chip away. I'm leaving for basic in a few months and right now I don't have a way to store it indoors. I'm looking for a way to help protect the paint until I can do it right. I agree the whole dip thing is out of hand, I'm not looking to make it bright yellow or something crazy. The way I see I'm looking at it is a free car cover till I get my first duty station

I found a potential house last night so it might be garaged in the near future.

paints already ****ed though, I'll proly wait until after race season and get it re done.

2.8 pulley,c&l intake,metco idler pulley, posi ported dragon plenum, bbk x with mangflow cat back, leathal icebox, 10.5in out back with 335's.

dyno 470/522. My fuel is all out of whack. Need new injectors and a boos a pump

I know this is free if you win - and that's awesome free's awesome. But Plastidip will come off and chip almost right away. I mean, it last longer on emblems, and sometimes rims.. But it has no durability at all to it.. The good news is it's easily peeled off and you're back at square one. But, free is free. I'll head over and give it a like for ya.
