Mini trigger question

My buddy just got a mini yesterday and him and I were just wondering if the triggers on the minis are normally loose feeling? Especially in comparison to my Axe.

Yea a little loose. Its widely hated by many because of the frail loose feeling.

Yeah its pretty loose, that was my first upgrade on my mini. There's a couple of aftermarket triggers that come with a small spring to give the trigger a better feel.

Tell him to try and get a violent trigger, those work great.

I just got the Violent Sycthe (GS:http://www.ansgear.com/Violent_Serie...minigssblk.htm, Regular Mini: http://www.ansgear.com/Violent_Serie...tminiblack.htm) and right out of the box, once I got it installed with no adjustment, I knew that this thing was going to be crazy. Not only does it get rid of most(like 85-95%) of the horrible side to side play, but it had some amazing trigger bounce. I mean, I was hitting it once and the trigger was shooting probably 10 rounds from a pull. Needless to say, that seemed a bit reckless and I'm sure would end in a ton of overshooting and paint wasting. So I adjusted it so the trigger bounce only shoots off about 4 rounds pretty easy to get some super quick strings going. I had to try to conserve paint yesterday at the field because paired with my Prophecy V2, I was going through about a bag of paint a game and scaring the rental players...

Definitely worth the $40. Makes it feel like a whole new marker.
