which barrel?

my friend is a little short on cash and he wants to buy a barrel for his gun. we narrowed it down to three options and he needs some help.

should he get the J&J ceramic, a Teardrop, or a progressive.

if youve used any of these barrels or all can u tell us which one performed better, silentness, and accuracy.

J&J...Smart Parts barrels usually have horribly inaccurate bore sizes.
