Btw im a lot more motivated than i was last week. My instructors complimented me on how well i was doing and it made me relalize while it may not be easy at all it is what i signed for. Im shooting for 52 if not 41 if not 11.

Jw how often do you get to play paintball after basic and what not. I'm goin to basic in may and it's not like I can ask my recruiter cause he has no idea what paintball is

Not often till you reach the fleet. And most bases don't allow Marines in student status to have paintball guns.

I didnt play till i came back from afghan. Paintballs expensive especially when hr driving 2 hrs both ways every weekend.

After bootcamp, SOI/MCT, and MOS school (when applicable), you'll hit the fleet, and can play paintball every weekend if you want.

Just letting everyone here know, the marine team will be holding tryouts sometime in the January February area. If anyone is interested in playing, pm me.
Some general info:
Camp Pendleton
Play at least 2 nppls
All dleague and rpl
Heavily funded

And the traveling team plays d3, b team mostly plays d4

Active duty is a requirement for the team. There will be more information as the season gets closer. I'll keep everyone posted.
Just know that if you are branch active duty in the southern California area, there will be a tryout within 2 months
