I have a Harley Davidson jacket that I purchased new a couple years ago and have only worn once. It has been in my closet the rest of the time. It is about as new as it gets. It is a size XL.
Looking for $225

Great Jacket. However..... notice in your pic that it says "made in china"? All Authentic Harley Davidson apparel is Made in the USA. Id still be interested, but the price would have to have a massive drop.

Sorry bud, but this jacket is legit. HD claims that everything is Made in the USA but a lot of there leather goods are made in other places... |

Do your research, bud. Harley is 100% USA made products. I have been buying Harley Davidson products for YEARS, and have NEVER had an authentic made in china. Also, Any HD authentic leather jackets will say "Authentic Harley davidson Merchendise". As I said, I would still be interested as i am looking to buy as a gift and they wouldnt know the difference anyway, but pm me the lowest price possible. I would give 250 no questions for a 100% Authentic USA made HD jacket..... but I couldnt come close for that one.

While Harley-Davidson motorcycles are made in four plants in the United States, the clothes are not all made in America. Harley-Davidson branded clothing, such as leather jackets, T-shirts and pet clothing are made in China, India and other countries.
here are my other jacket my wifes jacket and my leather vest. all 4 purchased at harley dealerships. CALL ONE AND ASK WHERE THEIR JACKETS SAY THEY ARE MADE.
(Also my Mother in law recently took another part time job at a local HD dealership and there isnt ONE piece of clothing on the shelf thats made in the US. Now their trinkets and coat hangers and parts and such are mostly "made in the USA" but most of their clothing and jackets have been made overseas for years now.

Gotta back shafer on this one. I have tons of Harley apparel, all purchased from multiple dealers. I got 3 jackets, one made in US, one in China, one in Indonesia. All were purchased new from dealers. His coat is the real deal.

Although they SELL PERMISSION TO DISPLAY THEIR LOGO, all TRUE harley davidson apparel is made RIGHT HERE IN THE USA

Shadow- no disrespect dude, but you are just plain wrong. I have shirts from 5 dealers within 2hrs of me, that I bought brand new from the dealer. None of them are made in US. I have friends/family from out of state that I have them get me a shirt from their local dealer. I ask friends/family to look for Harley dealers when they travel, and get me a shirt. I have over 30 shirts. Went through them briefly the other day, and didn't even see one made in the US. So, either you are wrong, or all Harley dealers in the US, sell knockoff apparel. Most of us wish that everything Harley was made in US, but it's not. Maybe it was that way many years ago, but certainly not the case today. If you like the dude's jacket, make him a reasonable offer, don't accuse him of selling a knockoff, and use that as an excuse to get it cheap. That's just weak.

He isnt saying they are fake HD merch... He is trying to tell you that there is a price difference between HD merch made in the USA and HD merch that has been made overseas and shipped back here....
Recently HD has made a big surge to having a lot of their line manufactured overseas. So the "made in the usa" stuff is getting harder and harder to find, and the overseas stuff takes a hit on resell value.
When people think Harley Davidson, they think Red white and Blue, through and through... So buying an HD product stamped with a made in china logo, just crushes resell for a lot of people

I think the jacket is super nice... I dont care if elves made it while working at Honda... Looks really nice
