AzaTuR banned? Why??

Why was I banned? It says for B/S/T Violation? This is getting out of hand. Ever since my most recent ban I went back to the same old boring posting AzaTuR and of course have been indefinitely checking my posts twice to make sure I am not doing anything wrong to get an infraction. I was genuinely proud once, as a user that has never been banned, ever. Until just recently I got my first ban it seems like you guys have been out for blood on me. Come on man!! I've even been posting LESS to avoid getting an infraction since my last ban. If you check ALL of my recent posts since the most recent ban NONE of them have been inflammatory, mean or have been intending to rial up another user at ALL. I have been making genuine contributions to the threads in small talk. I have genuinely been trying to keep my posts clean and relevant. When other users in small talk reply to my comments with something rude I just ignore them totally. And when I said I have been posting less I 100% mean it. Why was I banned? For B/S/T for that matter? The HELL!!! Once upon a time if my posts were reported you guy use to just delete it and some time even have the courtesy to PM me and tell me "Hey, that post was unnecessary, please don't do it again". But now its just instinctively infraction/banning me. But one thing I do know for sure is complete BS is "Bans are not done by moderators. There are only a select few that have ban rights so most bans require some sort of checks and balances before they are issued." That is obviously not the case here...

But what really infuriates me the most is how I have never one time seen the user >>Empire2k11<< get banned. Every day in some form or another he singles out other users and says the meanest stuff. Not even trolling but genuinely talking ****. I have reported multiple posts of his and nothing has happened. I was banned for something mildly similar but nowhere to the extent that he does. The would be the fairest thing to do....

Moderator please get back to me as soon as possible as I currently have multiple threads Gold-Upped and I am trying to make multiple deals through PMs which are currently being compromised. If anything can you please close those threads and give me back my Gold-Ups since I am currently incapacitated from my account. That would be the fairest thing to do....

I just signed in to see when the ban date would be lifted... It said never. 4 Years of supporting this website, donating, I even payed for BST subscriptions even when I was not selling anything. Also quality posts that actually contributed to the website and I get indefinitely suspended? Your pursuit game is set up to encourage spamming but also, if you want to play to get to the top you are guaranteed to get an infraction. It's fun to play, but to have challenges such as Top 1000 poster will encourage people to spam. That challenge is the reason why my self and I am sure a handful of other dedicated PBNation members started to post in small talk... And in the end after contributing to your forum with countless posts, supporting on facebook and twitter... In the end your game is setup where eventually if you want to get to the top you wont. Instead it's a fast one way ticket to get perma-banned. Yeah, you will get cool badges and what not but most of the bans that are being imposed right now are indirectly related to your pursuit game. I have level 1, level 2 and level 3 perfection, and what do I got to show for it? A permabam... As I stated in an earlier thread... I was a very consistent poster for 4 Years, I was never banned in those 4 years in fact I only got 1 infraction and it was because I was new and didn't know where to post a thread. But I have been banned 4 times this past month.

You were perm banned because you accumulated 10 infraction points. Your latest came from the best cell phone thread when you pointed to your sig trying to push your iphone.

Have you applied for the ASM unban before? If not you should look into that.

Yeah, I figured that is what it was for... Lets say I went into the Intimidator forum and randomly commented on an thread "I have an intimidator for sale, PM me for details".... But in a Small Talk cell phone thread "What is the best cell phone"... And actually contributing to the thread with "I love blackberries, but check out my sig if your looking for an iPhone".... is that really a B/S/T Violation? It's not like I obnoxiously posted the URL to my thread in that post I just simply said, "check out my sig"... And I genuinely love blackberries I have owned every generation blackberry for the best 4 years. I've seen that at least a hundred people referring to their sigs while using PBNation. As in my original post, I've been thinking twice about what I have been posting and I sure as hell didn't think I could get an infraction for something like that. I see people post eBay links in their B/S/T threads, I don't see them getting banned. Also, I would still like to contest this infraction.... That was complete BS. Before I use my unban I want an admin to review all of my past infractions and see if any of them can be removed... Maybe I didn't take them as seriously as I should have. Because most of those infractions are complete bull**** Small Talk infractions.

Edit: Seriously... I have been posting the same since '07... Maybe I have been a little more mature lately, but ALL of my infractions have came from Small Talk. And it's not like I post differently then I do in the Shocker Forum or and other forum. It's either A, Moderators from the other forums are more lenient or B, people in Small Talk are treated differently then any other forum. Everyone in the Club forums or lets say the Intimidator Off Topic forum post just like the members in ST... I don't see their forums get consistent infractions or bans.... Almost EVERYONE on the Temp Ban list is from Small Talk.

Yes, what you did is not allowed and is deserving of a BST infraction. You would not be allowed to do what you are suggesting in your intimidator example either.

Please give him an infraction. Could probably find more if I looked hard enough... But who ever gave me the infraction MUST have known that I would have gotten a permaban... I would think the moderators on this website would have enough character to warn me or tell me "Hey, don't do that again, you are one infraction away from a permaban"... I still want someone to check out those other infractions before I use my unban. I would point them out for you but I can because I'm banned... Not this one but the infraction before the one that got me permabanned was unnecessary.

This is really not something where I can wait.... I wouldn't consider this an average TTMA thread. If I have to use my Unban so I can post meanwhile you review my infractions that's fine. I know my account doesn't really matter to you and you don't mind taking your sweet time but that's really frustrating to me... Please get back to me as soon as possible.

There are a limited number of staff members who can completely review the details of your infraction history. You will need to wait for one of them to chime in. If you would like to use your one time unban then please use the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page. That process takes time and is not guaranteed.

Report any posts that break the rules and they will be looked at.

You can check out your current infractions in the user cp, and with a bit of math you can see how close you are to 10 points, saying that the staff lacks character really shows how little character you have being unable to own up to your own mistakes, consider the previous 8 infraction points as warnings.

Only a handfull of people handle the ASM unbans, once you submit it you will just have to wait for it to be reviewed. Make sure you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page to submit for the unban.

Why did you comment on here? To exacerbate my frustration? I am not sure if you were the one who put the final nail in the coffin... but who ever did, that is sincerely messed up... You are the only moderater that doesn't give a courtesy PM before handing out your infraction or bans. Every time I see your User Name I just want to rip my skin off and I throw up in my mouth a little bit. You are the most unprofessional and inconsistent moderator on here. I have said it several times before and I will say it again... I did not receive a single infraction until I started posting in your forum. What frustrates me the most is your lack of responding to threads in the TTMA forums. You beat around the bush and let the other moderates try to explain why someone got banned. In the Word Game thread... You banned me for saying "Am I doing it right"... Which you never gave me an excuse for... I have respect for every moderator on this message board except for you. I honestly didn't know what all the hype was about in ST and why no body liked you, I honestly didn't care... I now know why. Because you hand out infractions like candy with no pity. Instead of being personable with the members that post in your forum like the other moderators do, you infract them.

I think it is in your own best interest if you stop posting in here and wait for a mega mod or admin to comment on your infraction history. Just some food for thought.
