09 marks the latest generation of the marker if thats what your asking... the Independence. Which got new eye covers in 10 and an Oled board option. The eleven is the same marker with some upgrades ( rammer and pin etc... )
Is that what your asking?

First alien gun was called the "alien" then was changed to the "Revelation" - but BE had a gun called that and sent a letter to Jack, so then it became the "A1". Then as the A1 had some issues the "A2" became the priority and was tentatively called the "Monarch". Many didn't like the name and then somebody hit upon "Interceptor" and the name stuck. I think Jack mentioned that no, "Monarch" was indeed for the A1 maybe last year or so but i beg to differ, it was for the Interceptor.
No A1's were released, but at least one collector has one in his possession.

Indys ran into 2011 and pretty sure the original prototype was called "the Alien" due to something similar to an Alien head being on the side or top of the marker.

That seems a little aggressive amd excessive... I was actually going to ask the same question as I was interested in moving into a more current gen marker, but I was curious as to what the prototype looked like.

Thank You Smokage
Yes, first one was Alien, the slide sliding door looked like an Alien head - kind of like making a snow angle. That's where the company name came from.
Before we got it done we were working on Double stacked so then for Awhile it was Revolution, if memory serves it was Thomas Taylor who said A1, but it seemed a bit too close to Tippman A5. So then Monarch. However never released - except a few that bought one of the first 75 we produced - so no official name.

do you have any intent to re-implement that design in the future?

Wow Jack I want to say congrats I remember the hey guys what do you think of this gun I'm building. The post was something along them lines. It was in the prototype section on here. I have not been around here in a few years kinda moved out of the sport for a bit tbh. But Really glad your gun made it I always liked the design since way back then. Maybe one day I will be able to afford one.

P.S This is not my original account just one made back in 07 I was Dama or Damatrix not 100% Sure

I was a real dick in tnbis thread, sorry dudes.
Anyway, it works like a poppet marker, but bolt less. Paint falls through a trap door that opens/closes as it feeds. Paint shoots in a similar way to a blow gun, burst of air down a tube.. Its more complicated than that but that's what I remember.

Unique feature is that the rammer was turned around. Opened to the back and a finger stuck up out of hammer and slid in a angled channel that opened the door. It actually worked really well. Problem is we made a last minute change tot he door and then when th first guns were made the door alignment wasn't right and the door hit the balls and broke them. Really sad as my son shoot that gun for a whole year in what was the PLS league. Shoot great.
