Brand new Z2 blending paint HELP

OK guys I got my brand new Z2 today and right out of the box it started blending paint.

Cleaned it out and then decided to run diagnostic test. Tested again same thing happened.

Cleaned out again, opened a fresh bag of paint...same thing.

Clean out again and noticed the floor inside the hopper had come loose out of it's tabs causing the anti-jam freeway to come loose.

Tried to reassemble and made sure everything was correct but the same thing happened.

I tested with my original Prophecy and everything worked fine.

Why does the floor continue to come out of it tabs and what can I do to fix it?

After pouring through thread after thread and cleaning up the hopper multiple times I think I discovered the issue.....

I switched my Prophecy V2 freeway anti-jam and put it in my Z2. Put a full hopper in and fired away. Everything went smooth and no shredding of paint.

Really don't understand whats wrong with my original Z2 freeway but I will contact KEE. I also bent the tabs out a little bit the connected the floor to the backbone...not sure if that helped but figured it couldn't hurt.
