The glock's are very nice, but after using a friends M&P at a range day, I prefer the solid feel. The polymer grip feels nice and light while carrying, but I like the weight and balance of a heavier lower.

Hate the M&P stock. Trigger is terrible.

I actually enjoyed it. It was nice to have some decent weight behind it. The Glocks at work are so beat that it's too smooth of a pull for me to be comfortable. For whatever reason, ever since I learned to shoot when I was a kid, I preferred a strong trigger spring.

Then get a MA compliant M&P. Over 10lb trigger pull.

I think I just really like the look of them.

Any suggestions? I know a lot of people prefer to carry a 380. I'd consider something in that caliber for ease of concealment.
I'm about to pick up a Glock 19 and put a 4 lb. trigger spring in it and use that as my carry. I won $200 playing blackjack today, so that'll offset the price.

Also, looking into a Savage .308 bolt action. Either that or finish my Mosin... haha Can't decide which.

I have a full size 1911 in 9mm. I carry it almost daily, but it's heavy so it's not too fun.

I'm partial to 9mm. Balistically, when in +P format, it's almost identical to .45 JHP. And I can put rounds on target quicker and more accurately.

Sig 238 in 380 or the new 9mm version both fit in the back jeans pocket without printing and shoot very well! Also they are 1911's without the grip safety

But then do they have the same flaws that 1911s do? Failure to feed JHP in particular?

I haven't had any FTF's. I bought some Russian ammo at Wal-Mart that won't chamber......lol......but haven't had any issues. I really wanted the Kahr until I picked it up......the Sig is just so comfy......and I hate small guns. That being said the mag with the grip extension is the only way to go.

Blah. There's a Benelli 12 guage shotgun on Gunbroker I want, but I dunno if I want to drop a grand on a shotgun just yet...

Also about to pull the trigger on a Marlin XL7 .270 rifle. That'd be another $300...

Guns isn't a fad. Basically I think that all the $ I was spending on paintball ended up going into my gun obsession. But I didn't plan on having a bad back at 22...

You need to buy some Nuru message gel.

I think this might be my next toy, along with a Walther .22 .
