Couple friends of mine have started an outdoor footwear company called Forsake. They're fully waterproof outdoor shoes, but with more style than what you're used to seeing. I've personally held the prototypes and they're pretty awesome, definitely very high construction quality.
If you're interested in some sweet looking outdoor shoes, check out the their kickstarter and pledge/spread the word if you like what you see. They're using a kickstarter to try to get enough money together to get production off the ground. The kickstarter is also letting them sell at essentially factory direct price for pre-orders, so it's a pretty big discount over full price.
