for those interested..
Alright guys...
So I have had my G6R for a couple months now and its amazing.. However one thing I do prefer on all my markers is a super light and crisp trigger pull.
Like I have done before I decided to make my own trigger yet again. Have made several and there are a few floating around the place..
Just wanted to make this thread so that those who may be interested in one can see the work and what not before hand..
Now on to some pics..
My old Alias (Loki bought it)

DP FX

My Threshold
No im not going to chase down any of the people that have them.. Some frequent here enough to pop in..

I'm assuming it is made of delrin? If so, is there any advantage to this over the violent trigger? I am terribly fond of mine due to the shape and forward stop adjustment.
Edit: also, I have slowly been doing this with some iron wood, along with some eye covers. I might actually have to finish them now that you reminded me. Thanks!

How silly of me to neglect that... Yes indeed they are Delrin..
The real advantage is mine have a slight flex to them like how the old Dm3 and orginal Matrix delrin ones had.. Giving it a slight more snap to it.
And i can pretty much make whatever shape i want too.

Another thing i do with mine. Which im not totally sure any other Delrin trigger maker does is seal it so that they are impervious to dirt and being stained by pain.. The surface is as smooth as aluminum

Can you set one up to have a forward stop and accept the critical magnet kit?

Not sure what you mean by forward stop. This stops on the forward stroke just like the stock with the upper flange.
As far as use with a critical magnet system i'm sure I can. I'm going to get it my 30 or so magnets find the best setup..

An adjustable forward stop is a screw where it stops on the forward stroke so you can adjust the rest position. When I get home I will post a pic of what I'm talking about. The violent triggers have them.

basically a set screw in the upper flange to adjust how far it goes forward instead of the flange stoping it

And for those wondering yes I only have one adjustment screw and its the micro switch one. I was able to make this so that the trigger is its own stopper. Meaning it won't leave any wear marks like screws do. And I now have the spring in it and i'm gong to find some shims so I can adjust the tension of it

All the mounting has to be the same as stock. And without bearings it won't work with how Bob has the trigger set up in the frame unless I made it slightly under width, cut then there would be wobble which this has none

So i'm thinking i'm going to do a super limited set of triggers this next weekend for the G6R/Vic's and a few other markers..
3 Distinct designs classy Intimidator designs... All a single Unique color. All will be put up to the highest bidders.
post your thoughts guys..
im also willing to make them as custom as needs be to whoever.. color will remain what it ends up as.

Marcus does some pretty good work. He made a delrin trigger for My REV-i.

It was ridiculously light and flexy.
