I spend a dollar of loose change every tuesday and friday. I'll be buying my ticket after work. My roommate said he is going to spend 20 on it... *******. I keep telling him not to blow 20 bucks, but he feels his 20/176 million odds is way better than 1/176mill odds.

Technically, it makes economic sense, as each ticket is worth roughly 3.08. 540/175 =3.08 and some change. So, go buy 3 bucks worth.
