what is "way to high"? 150-180?

sure you got the right size o-rings? lubed well
did you try backing out the adjustment screw? jk... but seriously

is your hp really high? that would do it too I think
what reg are you using?

It was around that pressure and sometimes alittle higher ive got a,sidewinder on it but tryed a v2 cp reg and bob long 360 reg and none of them made any difference the orings where the right sizes cause I got them from critical but im usually good with guns but this one has me stumped

Double check.the.manifold..gasket seal, and make sure there isn't anything clogging.the body. My quest runs at about 130, give or take. I have it to the point where its just recocking, then gave it an extra half turn. The hpr shouldn't be the issue here. Have you tried rebalancing from the start? Did you lube everything? Is the manifold.gasket dry?

is the lp high because you cant get the marker to cycle properly at a lower lp or is it something that you cant control and happens no matter what?

Ok so the lp is high because it has to be to cycle.
What lube are you using?
The solution may be to try undersize Orings on the bolt...
I'm gonna guess you have a critical bolt?

Make sure no dow55 went into the 'noid, if it did, try flushing it with oil (you might need to take the 'noid apart).

Have you tried sliding the bolt on the pin back and forth when its out of the marker? if you feel any grittiness or stick, then your o'rings might be a tad too big or need more lube, if they're too big try lubing with oil and cycling to break the o'rings in.

Same goes for trying to move the bolt inside the body without the pin, they should both move freely (not so much that you can rattle the bolt by shaking the marker, but not too sticky or gritty that you have a hard time moving it with your fingers, through the back/breech).

If that doesn't work then your 'noid might be crapping out.

The critical bolt tends to be a tight fit to begin with. I was having fsdo and bolt stick like crazy when I was using the hater sauce with my critical bolt. I switched to Slick Honey and it works much nicer for me, got rid of all my bolt stick and drop off.
Monkey poo I've found works good and use both of those lubes throughout my spoolie markers. .
If it still won't cycle at a lower pressure then I'd try finding orings that are just slightly undersized for the bolt. Experiment
If its still not to your liking you may consider going back to the stock bolt. I think I've got one laying around if you need one...

^^^^^ hopefully not the noid.... but possible

130? damn. mine leaks at 120. i run at 80

anyways to the OP. back all your regs out to zero. turn your hpr in 3 -5 turns, then turn your lpr in to about 90. go chrono using the hpr. see if that helps

For some reason, mine dislikes shooting at anything lower than 100. I even ran a gushes while rebalancing just to see if I was crazy, and im not. 4b bolt and lube mix of dow 33 and super lube ptfe.
