Amateur Speedball Tournament! Cash and Equipment Prizes!

Hey guys, Mansion House Farms Paintball in Bear, Delaware has decided to put together an amateur Speedball Tournament on Saturday May 19th. It will be a 5 man tournament, with a max of 7 people allowed on your roster. Entry fee per team is $125, so if you have 5 people it's $25 per person. You must sign up and pay the entry fee no later than one week before the date of the tournament in full! When your captain signs your team up, he/she needs to put down a team name,amount of players on roster, entry fee in the form of cash, check or card, and a phone number. We need a minimum of 8 teams, but a maximum of 16 teams. It will be a round robin format in the morning from about 9 to 12, then turn into single elimination, and the 2 final teams play a best out of 3 for 1st place. 1st place prize: $625 in cash. 2nd place: V-max hoppers. 3rd place: A case of paint for each player. To eliminate confusion, we are making this unranked teams and amateurs only. This is not an event where you can get points for on your APPA card. It's just for fun

It's fpo. It will probably be Valken Grafitti. We haven't ordered it yet so don't know how much it is but when we do i'll let you know!

Keep me posted with how many teams you get registering. If you get enough to hold the event we will gladly make the road trip to play in it.

Sounds good man! Signup sheet is available at the field already, so if you come down Saturday and pay the full entry fee for your team then you already have a spot!

The signup sheet for the tournament is at the field! To sign up, have someone come in from your team to pay the full amount of entry ($125) in cash, check, or card!

Do you anticipate doing more of these type of unranked, amateur tournies this Summer? I'm out of the country until July but would love to participate in something like this.

It is a novice/beginner tournament. It is really for players who have never played in a tournament before. It's not an APPA tournament where you're gonna get points for your team. It's just for fun. But we will allow APPA teams who have under 300 points for their team to participate. When they come to register, they have to show proof they have under 300 APPA points

i'm new to maryland and have NO FRIENDS

and JUST got back into paintball but im taking this seriously. i would love to join any competitive team for this tournament. i live in baltimore. i play front/snake/mid/insert.

Yup I'd take P4Posse up on his offer. Also, if you come out to Mansion to play one weekend, you can play with some of the regulars. Sure they are looking to form a group of guys for the tournament!
