Not my bag, but I can appreciate that it is a good idea and appears that it will be a good product.
I applaud PE for doing this, and hope it helps more people enjoy whatever type of pball that they play.
Good for PE and good for the pballers that rock this.

Guys, it's an occluded hologram site. Assuming it's real and not pretend, please go read how an O.E.G works before bashing it. One eye looks at the red dot while the other eye looks at the target. You do not literally look through the site.

I was waiting for this.
Something was up when their lowend spool was a milsim styled marker.
Was thinking something along the lines of the drone, but this is amazing. Good, good job *claps hands*
I'm finding myself appreciating more and more of PE's products. It almost scares me how well of a comeback they're making.

A comeback from what? Dominating?
I guess you refer to woodsball.

seems like you'll have to buy the body and rail attachments separately. I could be wrong but thats how i'm reading this.
I might jus trick up an Etha so i can buy this and use it for woods or xball. I'm very impressed!

Oh no. How dare I use a gun with no rails in a scenario game.

Exactly what makes a marker a "Scenario Marker"? Not milsim....scenario?
Do you realize that "scenario" has nothing to do with the marker itself but the game style? Any marker, speedball or woodsball, can be a scenario marker.
So how is this stupid? PE made the Etha to be a speedball marker that can take on a MILSIM look for those into that. What is the problem with that? What is stupid?
Milsimers can go with a heavy Tippmann with all the add-ons making the gun heavier or go with this. A much lighter set up. A faster and more efficient marker.

I can't answer for Planet Eclipse, but the "Mod Community" had someone do this already to an 07 Ego.
A PbNation user (SuperFresh) used a TAPCO aftermarket stock system, for a Ruger, and was able to fit it around the 07 Ego with only minor modifications.
http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3673505
It could be a complete coincidence, but this kit looks a lot like a TAPCO kit for a Ruger. So, if the kit never materialized for other PE Markers... maybe another modder can make these stocks work again.
Anyways, I'm really excited to see a kit like this from PE.

I don't see what some people are getting so butt hurt about... You play the way you wanna play. I run a Geo2 and play nothing but scenario anymore. I don't get angry at a person because of what they want to use. I highly encourage personal style on the field. If you want to be an elitist go right ahead, but seriously, at the end of the day who the hell cares what you use as long as you have fun. If how you look or how you perceive others look at you effects your play, find a new hobby?
I think this product is a great way to expand the sport. It used to be just a few limited companies that produced anything that resembled milsim/ scenario style products, and now just about all the major's have stepped up with some for of product whether ranging from soft goods to markers that meet the players needs. Depending on price, I might kick the idea around of picking this guy up. I think it would be a fun change to run a more milsim style at some of these larger scenario games like dday, living legends, castle conquest, etc.

I think the EMC looks great. I talked to them about it at extravaganza and suggested that the top rear rail wasn't as useful as they thought and suggested they move the to rear side rails to be 45°. That would avoid the issues of the hopper being in the way. I know it can still be used on the top, but lower hoppers on the gun will limit what kind of sight you put there and how far back you have to put it to avoid the hopper.
I was hoping they would make the change, but it was probably too late anyway. Regardless, I still really like it.

Hi,
We discussed this in depth on our return from extravaganza. Thank you very much for the constructive feedback.
Unfortunately, yes, it was too late for this version. We did a quick search and there are lots of things like:
These would fit on either the top rail or the side rail and offer the same effect as you were suggesting.

if you squint you can read that EMC is eclipse modular components set to be released in June and the way that poster/photo is worded (hopefully) implies that we may see a geo and ego version of this. Which would be amazing and finally allow me to easily mount my Havoc to my geo2

Glad to see PE is getting more into Scenario style. If they had a style with a side feed that I could attach my Warpfeed to, I would probably pick one up just to use my warpfeed on something.
