Anyone else seeing less and less mech Cockers?
This could just be me in the San Fran Bay Area, but I'm seeing less and less mech cockers. Most of them now a days are just turned into pumps.
It's kind if sad that I get excited seeing someone using a stock trilly or old STO without a pump kit attached.

yea i know what your saying... i saw somethin on here the other day about the easiest way to fix a cockers timiing is converting it to pump... another one was the only reason people convert a cocker to pump is that their not smart enough to fix the timing..... i'm not insulting anyones intelligence just something i read on here lol
one thing i can't stand is when they take a great cocker like a gx series or like a karni and convert it to pump

I see almost no autocockers any more period. I play with cockers all the time and people ask me "what is that" I simply just walk away and shake my head. People are dumb and dont care where paintball came from and what it's really all about.

At least they are curious as to what it is. Next time answer them without being an *** about it. Maybe they are actually interested. Now, if they replied with "hurr durr my eframe spyder is soo much better.", then you can just walk away and shake your head.

While those shrouds definitely do protect stuff, autocockers look sexy naked.

This is why I used to bust out my old half blocked Impulse. I told kids it was a Smart Parts Ego. They sold the design to PE and I got a prototype. It's sad how many believed me.

I was tuning up my minicocker, filling my tank, and a dude said "cool man, that looks like a trilogy." He legitimately didn't know what autocockers were.
