Not 100% sure what parity means, but I agree with you. I personally tend to be a big fan of the smaller teams. Especially Impact and Xfactor, its funny you mention those two. But, yeah, its a lot more interesting when a team that people discount comes out and almost beats a big name. I LOVED the xfactor-Dynasty game at Galveston.
parity means on an even level. like you could say in the NFL there is a lot of parity because a different team wins the super bowl every year and there aren't really any long lasting dynasties these days. on the flip side there isn't a ton of parity in MLB because big market teams like the yankees can buy wins over the little guys like the As.
Pro paintball used to not have a lot of parity, use to be Dynasty-Aftershock-Ironmen with everyone else left to fight for 4th place. Now days you see X factor and Impact made Sunday at HB. Hell even Uprising got a podium at an event last year.
