Where are the Trracer Parts???!!!
I don't know if anyone from Battle Tested\Empire\Kee reads this thread but...
Where the heck on this planet am I supposed to find replacement parts for my Trracer? My Trracer's pump arm broke 3 months ago. It snapped in half right at the thinnest section of pump arm. I have been trying to get a new pump arm for 3 months. I have called 3 local stores, Boss Paintball, and BT\Empire\Kee directly. Kee told me they don't sell directly to consumers...which seems lame (Tippmann does), Boss and the other stores all told me they would look into it and call back. The only store that has had any answers for me is a local one and they told me that parts are ridiculous to come by...why?? This marker has been out for what a year plus, and still being sold?? Why are parts do difficult to come by?
I'm seriously considering just buying a new Trracer...but then again maybe that's what they want me to do...
Sorry for the frustration...just looking for answers.

KEE's customer service has been, hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever received. Call them again, tell them your pump arm broke at the thinnest spot, and they'll send you a new one. If that's not the result you get, you're doing something wrong.

That's awesome that you had a great experience with their service. Can you please give me the number you called where they are willing to help? I called the one on the "Contact Us' section of the Empire's website, and emailed the tech@paintballsolutions.com, and this is the response I got.

Tired calling Support line a couple times, but didn't get a call back. No problem though, Boss Paintball came to the rescue.
