Went shooting last week. Got the AR somewhat zeroed at ~200 yards. And by somewhat, I mean it will consistently hit a bowling pin. I knew that it the windage was close and it only needed just a few tweeks and wasn't off by much. Maybe an inch. The vertical adjustments were giving me fits though. Took about 20-30 shots of me screwing around to get it right.
So I know that it's within a 3"x12" range of being on target at least. It will hit a person at that range if I need to.
Also shot the Saiga with some crap steel ammo. I had no clue where this was at because I was screwing with the iron sights not long ago. Was shooting like 30 ft. high lol. Then had to use kentucky windage and was getting decent accuracy after that. Wasn't hitting the pin but with having to aim down and to the left about 10-20 ft, I was happy. I could have hit a man sized target if need be.
