Woh there, I do have merlins in my cocker collection and I also shoot my excal and evilmoruem in the woods too.
Wood's paint is just too high priced to use my vikings sadly..

My go to is 711's old blue splash Featherlite Viking. The trigger on it is set perfectly and I've yet to find anything that has quite the same feeling. I also have a small collection of mech. cockers/merlins, the full bodied JMJ Featherlite getting the most frequent use of those.

I really have 3 guilty pleasures.
Planet eclipse sl94. Stock. What I normally use to play psp events, its super light, super comfy, never ever breaks, shoots great.
Dynasty shocker. Stock, save for the board. Cereal killers. Oliver's segment was too much for me, I broke down and bought a blue one.
Orracle. Pump. Blue to light blue fade, undrilled, shoots like a dream.

After last weekend I think I'll aleast keep one AKA or AGD in the stash. All my guns had some kind of issue. The timmy started venting, the cyborg wouldn't shoot above 250 and I flippin forgot to bring a barrel for the A1. It's official, the paintball gods frown upon those who don't show their aka's the proper amount of love. Yall have been warned.

I hardly use my non-aka stuff, they get rotated in for a game for experiments or I loan them out to a friend but after that its back to something aka for me.

I must have misread the original post. I thought it meant what do you shoot besides your AKA guns. My main guns are an 04 APL'd Excal and an 04 APL'd Viking.

I shoot a G6R and Ripper Victory. From time to time I take out Excal #A00017. 12 years old and still an impressive marker.

It's what's your main instrument of whoop-***
Rec days, whatever. Scenarios, AKA 03 Excal + freak bored javelin, 03 Viking or 04 Viking when it's time to put in serious work.

I thought I see what other markers AKA people approve of shooting when they are not using their bricks.

I don't shoot any other electronic guns other than AKA, but I have yet to shoot any pump as nice as a CCM pump.
I will be shooting the Evil-M for the first time on Saturday.

Most of the time now I run AT (anti-tank) and use an Automag for that. When I am not running AT, I shoot either my Godslayer Phenom or one of my Vikings. In my last game, I had a blast with my AT tube in one hand and my Phenom in the other, so I will be running that way more often in the future. I would run a Viking in my off-hand, but I am pretty sure I would suffer a sad fate for sacrificing an AKA in that way.

I dont really use my viking/excal all that much. If im going to shoot electro i tend to pick up a timmy or my darq.
Now my Revenge v3 is the workhorse of my mechs, that is until this BBT stage 3 arrives.....it might be a hard choice

tis a matter of opinion... I like the way excals shoot, I love the sound sig, it just is screams quality. The viking is great to, I just like the feeling of an excal a bit better, keep in mind when I was playing competitively years ago I shot a viking and thought the world of it. The reason I have an excal now...because I couldn't afford one in high school, and I always wanted one.
