Sounds like your valve didn't get installed straight, or your cupseal is blown. I'm not even sure how you can install a valve wrong, but I suppose it's possible.
You said you upgraded the internals? Try putting the stock ones back and see if they leak. If they don't, it's a problem with the new internals. If it's leaking down the barrel, that means either that the cupseal is blown or that it's dry. Try lubing it, and if it still leaks, come back!
You said that it's leaking everywhere? Is it leaking between the receiver halves, or out of the air fittings/tombstone? A little more info would be helpful!
