brewmaster is going to be such a nice counter for a lot of the dumb *** carries in the game right now. drunken haze is so OP. did you get any testing with his ult, mainly if killing a specific panda made a difference? in dota 1 you always reformed at the earth panda so you could just run the earth panda to a safe place and rip **** up with the other 2 and never die.

Yep. I think you respawn as Earth if he's still alive. If Earth dies you respawn as storm. And if storm dies you respawn as fire. So basically you only need one alive, and all of them have really good cc or escapes so only having to keep one alive shouldn't be hard.

meh it seems like scepter is absolute core on him right now, dont really like that. needs ton of farm to be effective outside drunken haze

I built a scepter on him but the tooltips didn't update when I was testing so I'm not even sure what it does. I think it was cooldown and bears do more damage?

cooldown goes down, bear duration goes up (2 or 4 seconds i believe) and all their skills get an extra rank. the ground panda's ability got an extra rank for the rock throw that i saw in the TT. they get extra HP too. its kinda OP tbh.
i liked playing him with blink/s&y/curriass/bkb. "oh hey you are really really slow and cant hit me but i can **** your **** :3"

Just played viper and he is ridiculously good against melee early. I just 1 point in passive, max his poison, and orb walk the **** out of people. Once you get a ring of aquila you can spam it constantly and you basically have a perma slow.

viper is a really good semi-carry. once you hit 3 you can easily take over most lanes.

Yeah he was pretty fun. I got to lane against juggernaut and he was pretty easy to kill early.
Also Viper with Manta and an Illusion rune is ****ing hilarious

jugg should actually do pretty well against viper tbh as long as he plays defensively and his lane partner isn't a moron. you will probably force him into earlier levels of ward but when he spins viper cant do dick to him. you definitely have an advantage but if he plays smart he should be alright

yeah he didnt. it was viper/lifestealer vs bara/jugg and he wasnt putting down wards so i would just sit there and harrass with my passive till the lane pushed then orb walk under the tower. the spirit breaker was so ****ing bad though

those are 2 ****ty *** lanes, with bara/jugg being freaking god aweful unless he gets lucking on a string of bashes during a spin.
the viper/LS is actually pretty good but having LS not jungle doesn't make sense

i only play single draft so i feel like most of my games are people playing heroes theyve never played before but LS did pretty well in lane. was definitely last hitting better than i was but the harrass and early kills evened that out

well in that combo he should be getting more last hits. viper doesn't really need **** to be effective just levels. its fine to lane on him but if you can jungle you almost always should

I want to try out PL but I have a final in 2 hours. Also they changed brewmaster. He's some brown panda-ish thing now, but his ult pandas look way better

new patch today then?
yea last time i played PL was when manta still burned mana and you would get a bunch of dopples up and manta and mana rape a lane.
