Is the poppit return spring in the right orientation? I remember i had a similar problem and by flipping the spring around it fixed it.

Could be a bad schrader valve in the LPR. Replace your ram Orings, and try a fresh battery.

Freshly lubed and where is the schrader value. Also my oring kit should be in tomorrow and there is fresh Duracell battery in it

the shrader valve is the brass "pin" looking thing you see when you remove the HPR. That should be your problem. It's definately not your poppit or spring though.
And this may sound dumb... but have you made sure the bolt pin is in the actual groove in the rammer?

sounds more like your ROF is set too high for the marker to do a full cycle and keep up..

Replace the ram and poppet oring's using the correct lube, and reset board to factory settings.
If someone else has a pressure tester use there's or if you have spare gauge. Try that as well.

THIS... makes no sense. The marker would complete as many cycles as possible even if you set the ROF too high. If this where the issue, then everyone that has posted videos on youtube with their G6Rs firing on psp UNCAPPED.

I do believe that i have fixed the issue. the problem seemed to be coming from the hpr and the shrader valve. what i did was tap the piston and shim stack up a little bit (i did this out of desperation and a wild guess). i took a test shoot and it seemed good along with a short dry fire stream. all of which had made full cycles. i took some paint and a chrono outside to see if i was going crazy, i wasnt. the gun was shooting +/- 5 at 235, yes it is low but before i had time to adjust the hpr pressure (i did take apart the hpr and cleaned everything even the dirt on the adjustment screw thus why it was shooting so low) i ran out of air. once i get a fill and test the pressures i will report back thanks for all the help and quick responses so far

i kno exactly wat the LP poppit does big guy. N here, from the manual
"Q: What pressure should my LPR be set to with the LPR tester?
A: The Upgraded Low Pressure Poppet around 65-70. The stock poppet should enable you to run the LPR
around 70-75. "
So mayb read the manual b4 u shut down some ones info

The side effect of the LP poppet does allow you to drop the LPR pressure a little and as you can see it's a mere 5psi..
Research what the LP poppet does and come back when your done making a fool of yourself...

the shaft on the poppit is longer allowing more air to go thru which in turn makes a softer shot on the ball and decrease in noise but will lower the efficiency of the gun.
I think i got a pretty good understanding bud

Then why suggest something that is not it's true purpose of what it does.

Anyway, Id check out the orings on the rammer and reset the board like gamer565 said.
You also should actually test the battery with a volt meter, you want it to be >8.3-8.5 volts, just because it is fresh out of a pack doesn't mean it is good, especially the off brand batteries and the batteries you get in the consco/walmart/dollarstore discount packs.
Also, Dow 55 on the bolt orings can cause this stuttering, an easy way to test this is to take out the bolt and see if the gun still stutters with the both removed.
Personally, my first step would be the battery, I cannot tell you how many times I've fixed a gun for someone by simply testing and then replacing a "new" or "fresh" battery.

the problem was fixed. the source of the issue was in the hpr with the shrader valve not make a good connection (not sure if that is the right terminology but i going to roll with it) i took all the shims off, which were in the right order, cleaned them all and replaced all the orings in the hpr, re-lubed and reassembled and it works perfectly now. again thanks for all the help and suggestion
