I'm not sure if they have this, and if they do please tell me, but there should be a way to track your thread through your profile. like it shows a list of threads that you have created and you can just select the one you want to go view.

You can search for threads you've created when you're viewing your profile (quick links button > my profile). Other than that, either subscribe to them or put them in your locker.
