Help me be a great ref!

So I am a ref at a local field. At this field we have alot of different field terrains. From airball, to woods, to hyperball! As a ref I always try to keep the games fresh and entertaining. Not just standard elimination and ctf.
So from a ref to a player, what kind of games would interest you? (Explain please)

Guardian (gears of war style)
Attack and Defend
Search and Destroy like call of duty maybe??

Here is a picture of our field

There is no netting between fields

Some games I reff @ The Paintball Asylum in Tannersville, Pennsylvania:

-Elimination: no explaination necessary.
-Attack and Defend: I explain a 10 minute time limit for the attackers to shoot the defenders, when there's 2 minutes left I let the attackers leave the fort, giving them a chance to clean up any "campers" in the back of the field.
-CTF regeneration: Single flag in the middle that you have to bring back to your base. If the player is shot, they go back to the starting area, touch a cone, and they can enter back into the game. This works well as one of the final games, allowing the players to finish their paintballs and have no penalty of being eliminated from the game.
-Ironman: Sometimes players just like to shoot the crap out of eachother. No elimination from getting hit, shoot till you're out of paint, keep goggles on no matter what.
-President: Great for a bachelor/birthday party. One player (bachelor/birthday player) selects a small amount of body guards and procedes out to the field to hide. When they are set up, the other team goes out to find them. For elimination, President is headshot only, body guards are head and torso only, and the opposing team is anywhere but the pb marker.

I hope this helps, stay safe and creative.
-Great recreational paintball and speedball in the heart of the Poconos (Pennsylvania)
