One of the biggest things has been I'm starting to actually look like I lift. I'd love if my bench increased faster, but I'm working hard and as I bring the DB #s up, I think it will translate well.

would you like to have a friendly race to a 225 bench? we could possibly throw in deadlifts if you like, but your squat is pretty far past mine, i believe our deads are at least within 20lbs of each other (got 375x1 like a month ago but as previously stated i've been slacking hard on deads)
