i enjoy it, call me weird. Granted i'd love to eat mcdoubles all day, however i actually prefer to diet with the same meals over and over for months. I've done it before.

Plus I only have to cook once or twice a week and I have meals for the whole week.

pretty clean diet but like everyone said **** eating ONLY that for the next 3-4 months

Extremely similar to the diet I've been doing for the past 3 months. It's pretty easy to tolerate in my opinion, although I did use condiments. Not sure if you were tracking those as well.

I find it easier to eat the same thing everyday because it gives me a routine. Simply keep it some chicken, beef steak or tuna/salmon filet with some brown rice or some whole wheat rotini pasta and then either broccoli or green beans 3 times a day at work. Some tuna salad and plain old oatmeal twice every morning as well.

I think a lot of people diet too hard, unnecessarily. There's a marginal return (if any) from taking a "good" diet to extremes and not enjoying anything anymore. Just from personal experience I actually look better and feel a ton better since I've relaxed.
