I didnt think they had a significant amount unless you eat a lot. I don't even count the carbs from veggies in my diet, but im bulking so idgaf.

I finally graduated to eating a whole box of pasta at a time. But I could only handle 2/3 of a box with a chicken breast for lunch. Been eating chicken, steak, beef (the 80/20 not 90/10 ) and pasta/rice all week. Trying to get a few extra lbs in before the semester ends.

EDIT: Will post semester progress pics tmro if all goes according to plan
