Then say, "****ty *** IIFYM IF" not "Lean Gains"

lol dude, how hard is it to just eat normally? You don't need to go to the wall on ****ty *** food. Stop doing extremes or you're just going to have a myriad of problems when you get older.

Just eat normally if you're tired of all the hassle.

I can't handle this many cals in clean food, in 8hrs. I'm a ***** with digestive issues. I'm miserable, for what? some results that are still ****ty.

The leangains comment was just a joke for your response.

Getting burned out.

Pump, have you thought about taking any digestive enzymes? I have no idea what issues you mean, seeing as there's about 5 billion things you could mean, but, hey, it's a thought.

calories have been far above maintenance for the past ~3 weeks and still not noticing any strength increases. slight increase in muscle "fullness" but that's just glycogen. lifts have been pretty stagnant :/ also week 3-4 of LEMUR/LG, haven't noticed any strength increases since I got settled into the routine. i certainly have established a baseline though for all lifts, i'm ready to push it!

what do? i'm already bloated as **** nearly the entire day, don't feel like increasing cals any more.

if you're positive you're eating over maintenance then you need to take a look at your routine, the weights you use, rest time between sets, etc. But it could be as simple as replacing a stalled lift with another lift you dont do often, just a way to hit the muscle at a different angle.

Also, do you use creatine? if no, get some, we on ST:F will know several places to get cheap creatine so even if you're really tight on money, you could prolly somehow fit it in if you are serous about getting over this plateau

and you never said anything about what the scale says? if you have been eating over maintenance for ~3-4 weeks then you should have noticed some weight gain. if you havent, then maybe you arent eating as much as you thought, or you could possibly just be more active than you usually are lately

hope that helps at least a little

yes i am using creatine and have been for a long time now. according to the scale i have gained 2-3lbs in these past 4 weeks but I know that's just glycogen and water. also, i'm trying to bulk slowly. figure i have until next summer so i have plenty of time, i think 2-3lbs a month is a reasonable pace, but i was definitely expecting more strength in the first month @ a 500-700kcal surplus

I'm not sure if i need to switch out a particular lift because this plateau is across the board - all lifts. some days i'll make like a 1 rep improvement on a certain lift, but then the next week i'll be back where i was before.

it's consistent, although it's not the best. i work full-time and go to school full-time so class is m/w from 9am-9pm and then the other 5 days i'm working 8-5. since i have no days off i usually stay up pretty late getting all my school work done, and also i have to cook and prepare my food for the next day to take with me to work or class.

just got the "sleep time" app as per someones suggestion in here actually, so it's giving me a better idea of how much sleep i'm actually getting. ~6hrs most nights

Getting more sleep would be beneficial. I need at least 8 hrs a night or I end up crash napping by the end of the week (yes I am a diva when it comes to sleeping)

Sleep isn't some universal state, REM state sleep is the only real sleep you actually need. Anything else is really just meh at best.

Some smart phone APP isn't measuring brain activity.

It's not as good as the LE Pumpkin cheesecake Ben & Jerry's had last year.
I had that before our Publix (where I work, and I stock Frozen) so it was a bit of a downgrade.
