For those of you who don't like oats try this protein pancake recipe.
1/2 cups uncooked quaker oats
3 egg whites
Add drop of water if batter is too thick.

Heat pan
Grease that Hogg with some veg oil, canola, etc.
Add batter and cook each side until golden brown.
Top it all off with some ground cinnamon and a tbsp natty pb.

Enjoy

Ground beef prices are expected to increase due to reduced production of pink slime.

Why are you weighing it after you cook? Your marcos will be wrong unless you have nutrition info for cooked yams

Macros don't change, water weight does.

If your yams have 50g of carbs before cooking, then they have 50g after, regardless of the weight lost

the macros were for baked yams - so not raw weight.

although looking at the macros for raw yams, theyre pretty much the same.. how does this make sense if theres a 200g weight difference? what macros do you use for your yams brahs

what i mean is.. according to the macros listed online for RAW yams, my 450g of raw yams had 112.5g CHO.

after baking the final weight was 250g. according to the macros for BAKED yams, my 250g of baked yams had 62.5g CHO.

wtf? the online listed macros must be wrong - what do i do?

assuming you didn't actually destroy the yam by setting it on fire or something, use the pre-cooked raw yams weight and macros.

no. I cook all my food by putting it on a spike and thrusting it into an iron smelt. I eat whatever is left after it cools down.

Then, I mount my thunderbird and ride off into the sunset to fight against the evil television with Odin.

Let's film this and see what Food Network thinks.
