I have a recipe to make your oatmeal a little more likeable if you're on a bulk. You won't even know it's oatmeal, and requires no sugar or junk.

1 cup oats
1.25 cups water
1.25 cups of blueberries
1/4 cup of walnuts
2tbsp honey
Cinnamon (enough to cover the area of the bowl, don't make it thick though)
2tbsp vanilla extract


Put water, blueberries, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in together, bring it to a boil.

After boil the water should be blue and yellow.

Add oats and walnuts. Stir to mix. Turn flame to low for 5 minutes, then off for 20-30 minutes.

on an unrelated note,
I start school on monday / hardcore LG 8 week cut starts monday, I think.

going to eat as much chicken and or tuna I can once a day and go from there.
cycle carbs 2 days high, 5 days low, 2 days moderate, 5 days low.
low days as little as possible (higher fat)
moderate days under 100g ( equal fat per calorie)
high days 150-200g (low fat)

we shall see how well this works.

Sugar. And vitamins. And possibly traces of small Mexican skin particles from where they were harvested.

There's no straight spoon fulls of sugar going into it, which was the point. At least you get some anti-oxidants and vitamins with blueberries/honey. I'll have it once a week or so, it beats the hell out of ice cream or cake IMO.

How low are you talking for your low days? Be verrrryyy careful that you dont go TOO low

If its gonna be as hardcore as you say i am eagerly awaiting pics after the 8 weeks

going to try to stay around 15-30g on my low days,

Ive got a lot of stuff going on right now so keeping the LG going should be easy, just making sure Im hitting my protein a day (220g ish a day) and pay attention to my carbs I should be good I think. going to keep my calories as low as I can while still hitting my macros.

Id up it to 50g personally, you don't realize how important carbs are till you drastically reduce them and it blows

Technically yes, coming back from vacation tomorrow and got two jobs in sight so idk what my actual gym schedule will be like for the next couple weeks. Only need to get in 3-4there days a week so im hoping ill be iight

So ****in bloated right now. I need to stop cramming in my cals right before bed. Brb, ate 80g of protons between 7-9am this morning, and then the other 200g between 9-11:30pm.
