No offense to them but it wasn't being performed correctly. Your protein has to be spot on, no room for error. If you can achieve that, than you will have minimal muscle wasting and you won't run the risk of protein being converted into glucose which would in turn take you out of ketosis.

I was able to use it quite successfully when I was younger with minimal mass loss (confirmed with weekly testing). I did not some strength loss but appearance improved when the diet was in check. I did find, for me, that the carb up had to still be half decent food though.

Now that said, much of what worked for me then doesn't seem to do well now. 18-20 vs 28...

oh look more vast knowledge from someone who doesn't even know how to diet properly themself

my macros were spot on, it has nothing to do with that, but everything to do with the length of time you are on keto. 3-4 weeks at a stretch is fine, after that prepare to lose serious mass.

and every single person you listed there was without a doubt on peptides/aas/clen while on keto

Keto is possible to do with great results, everything has to be spot on.

Ill agree with that though, I think LG is far superior in regards to how easy it is and results.

Keto is a last measure for dieting, after all others have been exhausted. Sort of like going to war to save an economy.

All bb's have to eat keto right before shows not for the diet aspect, but to simply deplete all their glycogen stores and then get the right pop when they carb back up. So maybe, just maybe that's what those guys are talking about. Unless you spent every day with Evan Centaponi right before the Arnold, you can't say for sure what he did.

All all those BB's use steroids and enhancing hormones which makes keto a more realistic approach to dieting (even the "natty" ones).

BTW you should ask your BRO Layne what he thinks about Keto and please post that response here. IIRC he slammed it pretty hard in some of his newer (~2 years old) articles.

anyone here try dat Walden Farms 0 calorie chocolate syrup?

reviews say it's delicious but i'm trying to think of what i could put it on. my diet's pretty simple at the moment and i like to keep it that way, besides maybe fruit, what decent "clean" foods could taste good with chocolate syrup

my pre meal was 2 scoops whey in water + a cup of oats

i think im gonna make my post meal 2 scoops whey in water + a cup of oats + 2 cups 1% milk + chocolate syrup

dam maybe i need to hold off on the chocolate milk till later tonight.... hmmmmm

Not sure on ground beef, I normally buy the cheapest steaks they have on sale and toss them in the food processor. Tastes great.
