Other way around. I dropped the extra 40 cents for some albacore today and I could definitely tell the difference. Plus there's 33% more protein

Had a cheat lunch today. I had no good food in the house and saw a buy one get one free spicy chicken sandwich on the table from a roommate to jack in the box. 530 cal each.

I was still hungry afterwards.

Im eating a lot more now that Im following my macros then when I was just "dieting" the last couple of weeks. My macros for breakfast were 600k, 62.5 p, 50c, 17f so to meet them I had to eat three eggs, a cup of greek yogurt, and two slices of bread. Before I would only eat the eggs or the yogurt, not all of it together lol. I hope Im doing this right haha

You get to eat more food if its "better quality" food as its less calorie dense. A Mcdonalds double cheeseburger is about equal to a pound of chicken calorie wise

gym day, was aiming for 5k today cause i think i barely got 3k yesterday, almost got it, but a wee bit dirty



pre meal or meal 1
- 2 scoops whey in water
- 2 cups of cheerios
- 1 fiber bar

post workout drink/meal or meal 2
- 2 scoops whey in water
- 1lb of chicken

meal 3
- 2 cups of 2% milk
- 1 fiber bar
- 1 strawberry yogurt
- 2 oz honey roasted peanuts
- 1 smoked ham and cheese sandwhich
- 1 11oz muscle milk

meal 4
- 5 slices of papa johns large pepperoni pizza
- 1 bottle of nesquick choc milk(16oz)

meal 5
- 2 scoops whey in,
- 2 cups of 2% milk


TOTALS

4830 cals

157f/449c/407p

had to improvise on food tonight, prob wont be able to go to get groceries till tomorrow

Didn't eat much today but I did have a 1lb lobster and an 8oz steak. Don't remember what kind of steak it was, but it was decent.

I plan on getting rid of my gut/moobs before I even ponder gaining weight lol. Finally weighed myself today, dropped 22lbs since Jan 28th. Wish I took pics for a before and after. One shirt size and two pant sizes down. Cant wait till my birthday in May, expecting a huuuge change!

My goal weight is to get back around my competing weight of 200lbs. Im at 241 now. I used to weigh 207-210 and cut to 200 so anywhere between 200-210 Id be happy.

I feel like you're the 2nd person to puke after trying my method. maybe I just have N iron stomach? 2 cups is a lot in one sitting though. That's about 120 carbs?

Take my lunch up to the break room today and a guy that works in my dept sees what I have and asked if I'm trying to lose weight. I told him I'm actually trying to bulk right now.

Dude sees my banana, greek yogurt, and almonds and says "you're eating so much health food. You're doing it wrong. You need to eat more than 2k calories to gain weight." I didn't want to argue with a wall so I left it at that

Lunch was:
1 can tuna
banana
handful of almonds + some peanuts
fiber bar
greek yogurt
mango protein smoothie
