1, Yeah, for your average person of average activity level. Even my nutrition class suggests ~1g/lb of body weight for athletes.

i would like to do this tomorrow after leg day, but none of my friends will have money and **** going out to eat alone

doesnt really seem like a bad idea the more i think about it

you can destroy a large amount of food without getting the "holy ****, i had no idea you could eat so much" look from your friends/girlfriend(s)(lol)

but i still prolly wont do it lol, i had my cheat day last Saturday, i at least need to go a full week with my diet on lock before i cheat again. And if i want to cheat hard i will usually do 2-3 weeks with my diet on lock

off day nutrition

normally i save the steak for gym days, and i will be switching to 93/7 beef everyday instead of 80/20 on off days starting tomorrow

protein quality is good
fat quality is good
but what do you guys think about my carb quality?

Meal 1 (to break my fast)
2 scoops whey
2 cups 1% milk
1lb 80/20 beef

Meal 2
1 fiber bar
8 oz chicken breast
1 ny strip steak
2 cups of cheerios

Meal 3 (before bed)
2 scoops whey
2 cups 1% milk
1 fiber bar

2.9k cals

You should break that up into smaller meals, it's a waste to eat a lb of GB in one meal.

Also you should change the whey at night to casein.

I eat 13 4oz meals per day. Not a single protein goes to waste.

yo pump just a heads up on the vitacost whey - it says serving size is 2 scoops (32g) but if you weigh out 2 scoops it comes out to a lot more than 32g
