There is no workout for paintball, as well, paintball is pretty easy. As mentioned, HIIT and similar sprint work will help keep you lean and fast. If you have the means to do so, try measuring out distances related to paintball, such as the run to the corner or the snake on whatever layout you're looking at.
Other than that, almost any beginning/intermediate (read a few and evaluate yourself on where you stand) lifting program will be fine for paintball.
