Smart Parts Epiphany Solenoid Disconnected

As you can see in the image, the small o-ring that inserts into the solenoid is disconnected (sorry for fuzzy image, its a bad cam). It will go back in, but comes back out without too much force, so when the air goes in, it goes out and all the air that goes in goes straight out.

Any way to keep it in there, or is it broke and I need a new one. If its broke, would I be able to replace the solenoid, or do I need to get a new board?
