Hey Hey everyone this is the Colorado Widowmakers Thread!
History:
The Widowmakers started back in 2002 and dropped off after World Cup in 2006. We originated in Ohio and most of the players have spawned little ones and stopped playing. Blah Blah Blah....
Perspective:
We are a brotherhood with a strong foundation built from the love of this sport. We are more than just a team, we are a family, on and off the field. We understand many players will run into financial or other life problems and are always understanding and willing to help out in any way possible. Having fun and enjoying the sport is the most important aspect of this team.
Mission:
We are starting this season in the Blitz Rookie division this year to break off some rust and reform a solid team. We will be moving fast through the divisions. With some PSP D2 players working on moving out here to join up we are going to push for 2 5man teams.
We are currently recruiting players for all positions with the following requirements:
1. Tournament Experience
2. Source of Income (usually a job)
3. Love for the Sport
4. Dedication
5. Positive Attitude
6. No Hot Heads!!!! (This will create and maintain a professional image for the team.) "We get it, bad calls always happen. Talk to the refs and if you can't get it changed, Move on! We'll smash them next time anyway"
