I let my little brother use my SP Nerve (I hadn't used in a a couple of years) to go play recball at one of the local fields. Anyways, when he returned he had mentioned that the trigger was sticking. Upon further inspection, it looks like a paintball hit the marker right on the trigger and trigger guard, resulting in debris and goo. My question is how to do I completely remove the trigger from the frame so I can completely clean it up? I've looked in the stickies and ZDS and haven't really seen anything mentioned other than trigger adjustment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1: remove frame
2: on top of the frame there is a black plate with a screw, remove this plate.
3: take a punch and hammer and remove the pin that holds the trigger in.
4: Remove trigger from frame.

First, I appreciate the help and got everything sorted. Now that I've been tinkering with some of my paintball stuff, I've come across a few things I never got around to and would appreciate your input or advice.

Is there anywhere I could find a duplicate pin that holds the trigger in place? I have a second Nerve/Shocker grip frame, however, the previous the owner lost the pin and decided to hold the trigger in with a small screw and nut. Would I be able to find one at hardware store, and if so what size should I be looking for? I would prefer not having to spend $ on a new trigger just so I could have the correct pin.

Also, is there anywhere to find the clamp and screw that go to the feedneck? "Somehow" my brother lost those two things on one of my older Shocker bodies. I'm pretty sure it's the stocky feedneck. The feedneck is there, just not those two crucial parts so none of my hoppers fit snuggly. If not, do you have any advice as to possible cheap fix-it alternatives?

Sometimes I find local hardware stores can be gold-mines when it comes to replacement parts... I bet the screw for your feedneck would be found there for cheap, as for the actual clamp, no telling... Punisherpb, smartparts parts, GOG, shocker-repair all might have back up sp parts, just gotta look

If its a q-lock I actually just saw a thread yesterday in the miselaneous parts section of bst that had just the lever and nut for a q-lock. Ill see if I can find it
