I have a Prophecy and a Crossfire SS 68/4500 with mine.
It is really all about preference. When I first got my REV-I, I was using a Halo B and a DXS 48/3000 steelie. They worked just fine with my REV-I. Whatever works, use it.

any loader, if you get a forcefeed loader, it will allow your rev-i to better display it's abilities...
as for the tank: any HPA tank really... High pressure, Mid Pressure, and Low pressure outputs will be just fine.. idk about SLP or SHP though.

Pretty much any compressed air tank and any electronic hopper you want. It really depends on your budget on what you should get. I would recommend that you go all out on your tank because it will make a huge difference on the balance and weight of your gun.

I use both a rotor and a pinokio depending on what I am playing. Pinokio helps in matches where you plan to use a lot more pain. It feeds as quickly as the rotor and I can see my paint easily since it is clean, it also hold a lot more paint than the rotor with the small nose, and a tooooon more pain with the large nose.
Ninja regulator on your tank is by far the best choice. No regulators really compare to the price to performance of the ninja regs.
