bob long gear drive leak
well know that i finally got my marq 6 up and running i decided to install my brand new gear drive on it so i dont have to look at the giant ugly pos system x asa. once installed i tryed airing up my gun and all i hear is a loud hissing sound coming from the asa macroline fitting. how do i fix this?

Make sure the macro line its a clean straight cut, and that the fitting is screwed in all the way.

the macroline is cut perfectly straight and the fitting is screwed in as far as it can go. is there supposed to be an oring inside the fitting? if so mine doesnt have one

I had similar problem, solved it by putting small oring that came as spare into the macro fitting...looked like ther was a notch it fit right into. Have had no problems since.

see mine came with orings to, i just didnt know what they were for. ill give that a try

put teflon tape on the THREADS. make sure you roll it on the right way.

ok so i put some blue lockitite on the threads and it still leaks. what size oring goes inside the fitting?
