Wat Happened to DPB???

I know! I try to get on as often as i can. I think most people just see the 0 players and quit. If we can get people to hang on for just like 5-15 miutes someone usually joins.

add as many people as you can on steam and go from there, message people to get on I play about everyday. I own the server, message me on steam CoWz

we had it going last summer, 4 servers, had 10v10s all the time, which wasn't like it was back a while ago but pretty good

Man, I miss this game. I'm going to reinstall it tonight and play again for nostalgia's sake.

Are there still any map makers around? I made a lot of maps back in the day.

One thing for certain, DPB for source won't happen. I had originally taken head of the project a few years back after a long hiatus, and still wasn't able to get it together. Too much of a mess and a huge lack of people willing to code.

Tried to slowly work on it, but the original team still interested is too busy.

As for the original, it's been slowly dead for years. That's just the engine and age, really.

It was up in the past summer...weeknights we had multiple servers up and 7v7 pick up games going all night every week night. This was incredibly fun to play with this many people and we still do get the 5v5 games goin when we can get enough people on...Hopefully this summer again people will get on this!
