Nope. There are only the 7 round Tru-feed and the older and obsolete 8 round mags being produced. If you want a larger mag, you'll have to break out some epoxy and do it yourself by cutting some mags up.

Ive been informed that there will be extended mags out this year. I asked ANS about it and they told me they have someone making them (didnt say who) and didnt have a time frame, I asked tippmann and didnt get a confirm or deny... somethings definatly in the works somewhere I wanted 13 rnd, but Id be happy with 10 or 11 as thatd give me perfect shot count without having to worry about the 12ie running out. With 13 rnd mags I might end up getting low with 2 or 3 shots left in the 2nd mag which would suck

Hmm, first I've heard of that. You should keep us updated on that since I don't check ANS ever.

It originally started when I asked them about making pink pistols (which they now do) Once I finally saw them on the site I told them thanks for making one of my wishes come true. then said well now all I need is wish #2 that being extended mags. I then got a email shortly after saying something like "your welcome, and stay tuned and you'll be seeing #2 in the near future"
edit: with seeing the 1911 with drum.. it gives me a idea, now to perhaps find someone around here with one of the old 8rnd mags. If theyd be willing to give one to me I might just try using some halo or magna internals and try and make a drum.

hmm...

Im kinda curious if these nerf ones would work. The carriers inside seem like perhaps they could move paint, since they are moving darts which are round... Ive never seen the insides of these so not sure what the layout is like, but i think maybe some slight modifications to carrier inside and then cutting and mounting TPX mag to it, might just work.

I think those mags wind like a tape measure winds, so there is no release. Been awhile since I held a Nerf mag.

if anything the case itself could be useful to make a electronic mag. I might just buy one to see if theres anything I can come up with.

You'd probably end up having to cut it in half, they are about 4" thick of I remember correctly. But you're right, the shell would be great.
Maybe if you do it like a spring wind method is have a follower like in the RAP4 magazines on a string that runs through the spring to get your tension. I think it would be tricky putting an electronic loader guts in there.

Hardest part I think would be finding a material or materials and then somehow molding something to act as a guide or ramp to goto a catchcup/raceway. After that it'd be simply running a hose upto the mag housing. basically be a drum warp feed.
Only other thing I could think of, is perhaps cutting about half of it and then remold it back together, then take the inside and cut that and then make a center cone and have that spring wound. Then run a lever or something through it, so itd serve basically as same principle as a rip drive. Just spin the lever around to whind up the cone for tension. Im gonna have to experiment this summer.

Yea. I think the way you said it though would have major misfeeds and/ or breakage.

not sure.. there wouldnt be any more tension then with the spring loaded mags. Itd still feed 1 ball everytime. With electronic thats why i would go with magna internals, bc itll just slip so that its not forcing the paint in trying to double feed every shot. Could also add a detent to top of the mag, sitting right below the breach so that itll be enough to keep the ball below the block so the bolt doesnt hit it. Then when it recocks the tension would then load the next without issue.

I remember when I used to try and modify everything I saw. Then, I remembered the KISS method because sometimes I get way too involved in certain things. lol
If you do end up going for it, best of luck to ya!

its worth a try.. mag can be found for like 20 bucks on ebay. I already have a broken magna... so not wasting any money there for the internals plus I get bored easily. haha

Hmmm not sure why they would tell me that there were some coming out. apparently a few others were told as well according to the discussions on FB. theres also a company that has infact confirmed they are making some but i cant remember the name. Its a milsim company so i dony pay much attention to them.

Has anyone thought about the qpods? I can see them being easily attached to the underside of the mag well. I mean they're spring loaded so in theory it shouldn't take too much modding
