Condensation might be an issue.

I recently had a gun sent to me at work, and after it was indoors for a few hours, I took it out to my car. It sat in my car for another few hours where it got pretty cold. When I got home and brought it in, the temp change caused condensation to form over the whole gun. Dunno how much this would affect the electronics, but something to consider.

No issues with Shockers or Luxe's being left in a car overnight. Check it and lube it before shooting, as you would most any gun, but there are no concerns about it getting cold. Shooting in that weather is a little different, but not really.

Hes right about this it doesnt matter if its in your garage, that one time you forget to bring in your car, or you go out to a walmart or something, there GOING to steal it.

Like i stated above it doesnt matter where you are it can still happen.
