Double check your LPR assembly. In particular, make sure that the solenoid wire spacer is fully pushed into place and that your LPR piston is fully inserted into the LPR body - you should feel it sort of "click" into place. Be sure to grease the LPR body and piston o-rings on reassembly.
Which tech where? I can tell you now, I am one of only a few in Illionis that has a clue when it comes to Angels. I will see what I can do about coming out to o'hare or something one of these weekends, but I wouldn't pay any field or proshop 'techs' in our area a dime to work on an Angel.
Break down your marker, inspect every seal. Make sure that when you reinsert your LPR that you are not catching the seals and pulling them out of place. Make sure everything is properly lubricated. Also, dumb question but are you using LP with your gun? You wouldnt believe how many people tried to use HPA on an A-1 without modification and wound up blowing seals or getting massive leaks.
