Beautiful PTP Blue Nights Mag LEAK - HELP PLEASE

Alright everyone I just recently impulse purchased this marker with the intent of keeping it. Its 9.9/10, 10/10 considering its age lol. Original AIR valve with matching numbers. Candy:

However, the seller said it was working when he sent it, I got it today and its got a major leak.

Problem:
-When I air it up it leaks (big leak, prevents firing) down the barrel
-When I pull the trigger it seals, but when I start trying to cycle it leaks

Basically.... when I hold in the trigger its got no leaks, when the trigger is in resting position its leaking down the barrel.

I fell like this is something simple, but this is my first mag in years, and I can't remember what to do, where to start, or how to go about taking it apart and fixing it!

ALL help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance everyone!

unscrew the back field strip screw while pushing on the valve, look at the bottom of the valve and take out the circle looking thing. dont loose any parts and put the pin in the correct way.

If it leaks down the barrel with the trigger at rest, you have a leaky powertube o-ring.
If it leaks down the barrel with the trigger pulled, you have a leaky on/off (top) o-ring

Most likely its not the on/off o-rings its most likely gonna be your power tube spacer or carrier/O-ring is worn out inside the powertube the below pic should help out and the parts Im talking about is #6/8 if its a LVL 10 bolt or #13 if not a LVL 10 bolt

I am assuming it is a LVL 7 bolt, not level 10 (pictured in above post).

-Take out the bolt and valve body.
-Take bolt off stem. Brass piece on front is slotted for screwdriver (I use a coin) this means it is a Level 7 bolt.
-Unscrew the powertube tip. There is an oring and a spacer in the powertube. Replace that oring.

95% of the time, problem solved. Total cost 40 cents.

Don't let it fool you. Taking apart a mag is extremely easy and not complicated at all. there's nothing really to it. I would have to say its most likely a powertube o ring that needs to be replaced.

Thats good to hear. So where to I start to take it apart? And do I want to hold the engine facing down so everything stays in place when it falls into my hand?

Just get a coin, unscrew the powertube tip. There should be a spacer and then a small o ring inside. Replace that o ring. Its most likely the problem as it takes the most abuse. It is #14 on the chart.

I don't need to unscrew anything with an allen key before I get to that do I? And do I need to take out the back "frame to body screw"?

Just making sure that you haven't missed the obvious...have you run oil through the valve yet?

Yes, you'll need to take out the back frame screw to slide out the valve.
