Draxxus is a good paint.
Personally I use JT Elites because I'm not going to pay that much for a case of paint...those run about $30 a case and shoot really well.
One of the best paintball brands I have ever used was the Visible Impact Premiums. They were $30 a case and shot like $60+ balls. Excellent ammo, never had a problem with them. It all depends on what the store is selling (I get mine at Wal-Mart because I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for expendable ammunition) and what you're playing.

Any paint you can afford is good paint.
If you run a case a week of paint but doesn't have the money to cover it, it is not good paint.

If you have it at your local shop, get Bombz or Victory. It's kind of infamous paint to be honest.
