Brand new Z2 issue right out of the box...
I just got a Z2 this past weekend. When I load it and turn it on, the balls will feed continuously no problem...but when I attached the loader to my marker it will only go through the balls in the feedneck, stop feeding, wait a few seconds then only feed like 4-5 balls again into the marker...repeat...
I also put the loader on a buddies marker and got the same results.
Anyone have the same issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

I would recalibrate the hopper. Push both buttons and turn the hopper on, then release the buttons. The LED will cycle through and once it goes to solid purple after flashing multiple colors, press either the forward button or reverse and let it spin. After about 20 seconds turn the hopper off and try that.

I went out and shot some paint through it today.......and long story short I don't think it needed to be recalibrated. The plastic on the buttons (on the back side of the backplate) wasn't formed correctly and it was smashing the back button....so when I would turn it on, it was like that button was being held down.
Thank you everyone for the help!

Glad to hear it is resolved now. With so many small parts one being off a small amount can cause problems like this easily.
